Policies

We require a card on file for all appointments that are held. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance via text or email to avoid forgotten appointments. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

  • ‘No-Shows and Cancelation’s’ less than 24 hours notice will result in a equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

  • Clients more than 15 minutes late to scheduled appointments will result in a “No Show” and may need to be rescheduled

  • Any clients who has more than three “No-Shows” may be banned from booking future appointments with California.Lash.n.Ink.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Please respect your Estheticians/Artist time and livelihood: Cancelling last minute or no-showing results in our Artist loosing out on income when not given ample time to fill the appointment spot. This would be like getting ready to go to work only to be told you aren’t getting paid for your time. We understand emergencies arise and life situations happen, but please avoid last-minute cancelling and rescheduling.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for deposits or services performed. Deposits are allowed one rescheduling one time. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, we strongly encourage to open communication with the Esthetician/Artist . We appreciate all and any feedback negative or positive from out clients to better serve you!

At California.Lash.n.Ink we guarantee our work up to 48 hours after application. If you are unsatisfied, experience premature loss, irritation, or have any concerns at all, we will offer a complimentary touch up free of charge to correct anything for our client.

Refund Policy

Due to the limited space and privacy of our artist and clients, we please ask you to please not bring along any family, friends, or children to your appointment.

For safety reasons and insurance purposes, we can not allow children at California.Lash.n.Ink, We Love children and hope that you understand; however, we can not assure their safety in a professional environment. These policies ensure we do not compromise the relaxation of our guests and the privacy of the artist. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation and apologize for any inconvenience. Failure to abide by this rule may result in not being serviced.
